} Daniel Wellington launches a new campaign for Cricket World Cup with Ayushmann Khurrana

Amidst the World Cup fever, Swedish Watch brand Daniel Wellington has unveiled a new campaign ‘Our moment is now’ with Indian cricketers Dinesh Karthik, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal and the male face of the brand, Ayushmann Khurrana. The brand is looking to cash in on the popularity of the sport in India by associating with cricketers from India’s world cup team. The brand has also introduced a new collection of Blue Cricket Bayswater watches for men and women. 

Ayushmann, an avid cricket fan who has played junior cricket up to district level cricket, talks about the campaign, “I love cricket! I love everything about it. It runs in the family, I’ve played cricket my whole life and my brother was the captain for Haryana’s under 19 cricket team. In this campaign, the brand is bringing the two big Cs – Cricket and Cinema – in India together inspire cricket fans across India and to show their support for Team India. I hope India wins the World Cup and brings home the trophy.”
