And now, after performing for several occasions in India, Dannic is once again all set to hit the Indian shores for a multi-city tour from 14th – 16th September, managed by Envision and hosted and brought to you by YOLO Entertainment.

As Dannic continues to thrive, we caught up with him to find about this emerging talent from Breda, India Tour and much more.

You seem to have a deep-rooted connection with India. What makes you keep coming back?
India is amazing, when I first started out I was so excited to be able to have all of these fans all over the world listening to my music, but I never thought that I’d be able to do what I love in places as far away as India. It’s a beautiful, spiritual places and I’m excited to tour here once again!

You’ve performed on some of the world’s largest stages – where did you enjoy performing the most?
Well, speaking of playing in India, it is always amazing! The festivals here really captures the essence of the scene, people being united by having a great time and seeing some of the best DJs – and where better to do that than in India!

Who do you look up to in the music scene? Whose work inspires you the most?
I’ve always been constantly inspired by my buddy Hardwell, a true master of his craft and a leader in the scene!

What are the biggest changes you’ve witnessed in the music industry during your career?
I think it is the development of artists and the use of the internet. For example, when I’m sourcing new demos’ for my label Fonk Recordings I can receive music from peers who have been in the industry for a while and know how the “machine” works, but I can also receive demos from these teenagers who are bedroom producers in places like South America and Asia, it’s truly amazing and something I think a lot of us can take from granted day-to-day.

Finally, after India Tour, what's next for Dannic?
I have new releases in the pipeline but my new track ‘Tenderlove’ – a huge house track – will be out on Monday 10th September and I am always on the road! I’ll be in Singapore, Germany and then it’s all eyes on ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event)!

Any piece of advice, you would like to give to the new and upcoming talent looking to make their presence felt in the music arena?
Work as hard as possible and don’t give up! If music is your passion, pursue it!
