The exclusive club of brand endorsers of India really started out with celebrities from Bollywood. Amitabh Bachchan was the earliest of them all, followed by every Kapoor and Khan in a row. Run and record machine Rohit Sharma has also become the undisputed king of Indian brand endorsement market. Be it on the field or off it, Rohit has it all sorted and that is why perhaps brands trust him the most to present the best foot forward. 

Sharma’s brand value shot up after this year’s ICC Cricket World Cup in England where he scored five centuries to emerge the highest run scorer of the tournament, and now he trails only Indian captain Virat Kohli and former skipper MS Dhoni among cricket celebrities. Unlike some other sports personalities, Rohit has been selective of the brands that he endorses.
