The producer, who has just been signed on to dubstep legend Mala’s Deep Medi Musik label, produces and performs using analogue hardware as they did in Jamaica in the 70’s.

Mentored by the acclaimed dub producer Aba Shanti-I, Kibir La Amlak has learnt from the best and has quickly gained steam as one of the most sought after dub producers from the UK. Like his mentor, Amlak believes in making music with a strong spiritual and socially conscious message.

One of the definite highlights of the festival will be Craig Black Eagle, who is one of Jamaica's most popular dancers and is coming to the festival, where he will also hold a dance workshop.

Other artists slated to play the two-day festival are Steppa Style, one of the first reggae, dancehall and jungle artists in Russia; Forelock & Arawak, one of the most promising voices of Italian reggae; Mumbai-based reggae and hip-hop outfit Bombay Bassment; one of the most vibrant sound systems in London, Reggae Roast will make a stop in Goa; Hyderabad-based DJ and radio presenter Dakta Dub; Goa-based French selector Rudy Roots and the festival’s own, 10,000 Lions Sound System will be represented by an international crew including Ninjahdread and Realoveution Hi-Fly.

It’s not just music that people have to look forward to.
